Michel Iannacone, Al Ahly’s goalkeeping coach,  led Mohamed El Shenawy and Ali Lotfy, our first team goalkeepers, in Additional training sessions aside from the main training at El Tetsh Stadium.

El Shenawy and Lotfy performed several fitness drills, before doing some goalkeeping drills that focused on dealing with the crosses.

On a similar note, Pitso Mosimane, Al Ahly head coach, held a tactical video session for the players before the start of the team’s training session on Wednesday.

Mosimane highlighted the strengths and the weakness of Tanzania’s Simba SC and analyzed their playing style to his players, as part of the team’s preparations for Friday game.

The Red Eagles are set to face Simba SC in the final fixture of the CAF Champions League group stage on Friday at 9:00 PM Cairo time at Al Ahly Stadium.
